A real email message I sent today:

Dear Company.com Employee,

I was attempting to register an attendee for the
Technology Conference. However, when I entered the
credit card information, I received a message that
said, "We're sorry, we were unable to process your
order. Please contact us at email@company.com to
resolve the problem.

As I do not know who I should contact to resolve
this problem, I selected your name from the website.
If you can assist or direct me to someone that
can help me get this individual registered, I would
appreciate it.
