Teamwork is very important to me. At my job, I spend a lot of time looking at the work of others in my department, and help them by suggesting changes or better ways they can do their job that will make mine easier. Unfortunately, my teammates just haven't learned to appreciate this (and they never even thank me for my advice!). They are very frustrating. Why can't we all just get along? It would be so much easier if they would demonstrate good teamwork and make use of my suggestions.
